Established on April 10, 2013, at 24/6 Maunder Street, Slacks Creek, QLD 4127 (Queensland), the company upholds the philosophy "Delivering the Freshest Seafood Directly to Consumers". It sources quality local seafood via professional teams and trawling gear, supplying vendors and offering direct boat sales—letting the public enjoy "from sea to table" freshness at good prices.
1. Experience Fishing Fun Aboard Professional Boats
The company has 12 professional fishing vessels (shrimp trawlers, tuna longline boats, dedicated spanner crab boats), all with experienced crews. Guests can board to sail to Gold Coast waters every early morning or afternoon. Before departure, crews explain fishing tool use, marine knowledge and safety precautions—novices can quickly learn. At the fishing ground, guests can join trawling, casting lines and cage retrieval: feel the excitement of competing with tuna or the joy of harvesting plump spanner crabs. Crews offer full guidance for an immersive fishing experience.
2. On-Site Cooking Right After Catching: Unlock Ultimate Freshness After boats return with full catches, the awaited on-site dining starts right away.
A shore-based professional cooking area has experienced seafood chefs. Freshly unloaded catch is sent to chefs immediately—no complex transport or storage, enabling seamless "from sea to table" service. Chefs tailor cooking to seafood type and freshness: boiled shrimp (with lemon), tuna sashimi, or steamed spanner crabs. The transparent process lets guests watch chefs, smell aromas, and taste their own catch instantly. Creative options like pan-seared tuna steaks or garlic vermicelli shrimp are also offered.
